So these are some of the questions I get a lot!
1. How tall are you: I am 168 cm/5'6 ft tall
2. How long did it take to lose that weight: It took me four months from 62.5 kg to 50.. though there is only three months between my "berfore and after" picture.:)
3. What kind of exercise do you do: I used to do cardio(running, danicing, biking, skipping rope etc) and strenght(squats, lunges, donkey kicks, jumping jacks, crunches, planks, mountain climbers etc) 4-5 times a week! :) Now I run 1-2 times a week, do stenght 2-3 times a week and try to do yoga before bed every night! My cardio was usually 30 mins and then strenght 15 mins.
4. What do you eat, are you on a diet or: No I am not on a diet! This is a lifestyle change, so eat healthy and clean is all I can say! You are welcome to look at my "moi and my food" page on the blog. xx
5. How many calories should I eat: I used to count calories the first two months or so but then stopped and focused on eating clean and healthy foods. Now I honestly wouldn't know. But ones calorie intake Is different from person to person also depending on your goals. But a good thing to do would be to calculate your BMR.;)
6. Any good snacks to eat, I am a little lost: My personal favorite snacks are; Nuts(cashews, peanuts, walnuts, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts), greek yogurt, fresh fruits(oranges, apples, banana's, grapes, watermelon), dried fruits(apricots, figs, prunes, dades, cranberries), different berries, dark chocolate, slice of whole wheat/grain/rye bread with PB or other healthy toppings, etc. xx
