thinking about the finale again bc what else is there to think about and yeah the timeline seems strange
flashbacks in ep 5 are set in 2010 the past in ep 6 is set in 2014 and the wedding happens in 2018 and whether benji is dead or alive either way ruben is not getting out in 8 years if he goes to prison
is there a chance he has a day release on niall's wedding day? yeah but that just doesn't seem the case did he brake out of jail? i don't think so
and while i think about the timeline and plausible possibilities my mind goes to the exchange about the meds bc why not
what kind of meds is he taking? did he undergo an assessment to get them? is he being supervised after his release? what i'm asking essentially is is there a diagnosis?
bc if there is then is it possible the thing that reduces the sentence or allows him not to go to prison at all is an insanity plea or special defence of mental disorder or something similar to that
i guess we'll see in two days but it's a thought
