Hi, I found you in the Villiers Park tag and I was kind of hoping for your advice (: My Lit Prof really wants me to apply for this one course and it sounds absolutely amazing, something I'd love to do - but she had to rush to an Ofsted meeting and couldn't give me much more information on applying than 'fill in the forms'. I wondered if you could give me any more information on applying because the site's a tad limited...
Hi there! I am so so sorry it’s taken me so long to reply to this message - mocks and UCAS take up SO MUCH time! - and I’m guessing your Lit Prof’s probably given you some more information by now but I’ll answer your question now in case I can still be helpful! So when it came to my application, my college sent me the application form and another form for me to apply for funding for the course. With the application, it was pretty straight forward - I can’t remember exactly what was on the form but there was nothing that I couldn’t fill out myself - and with the funding one, my college gave me the option of £100 off the price of the course and as it was one of my college’s standard finance forms, it was pretty simple to fill out. So long as you’ve sent in your applications by the deadline, then all you have to do really is wait for the letter that says whether you got in or not! My college told me that there’s a 50% chance of getting into the course but I’m not sure whether that just applies for Welsh students as I was the only Welsh student on the course.
I can;t really think of anything else but if you have any more questions or just want to chat in general about anything, please feel free to send me another message! I promise I will reply A LOT sooner than I did this time!
