      grayson attempted to reach down to his snow shoes, the layered clothes restricting his movements a little too much. if he could compare it to anything, he felt like randy in ‘a christmas story’. if he were to fall over, he probably would not be able to get back up again. as his fingers stretched he tied his shoes, sitting back up with a huff. he looked over to max, “i should’ve done the shoes before the suit.” he said, a soft chuckle coming from his lips. “have you ever snowboarded before? because i have no idea what the hell im doing.” grayson said as he stood, unsure of what to do next as he slipped is goggles onto his head, waiting to pull them over his eyes til they went outside. he caught himself in the mirror, a goofy smile forming on his lips, “i look— so stupid.”

“   sooo  i  probably  should’ve  texted  before  i  showed  up ,     but  i  can’t  remember  the  last  time  i  got  this  excited  over  cleaning  out  my  closet  &  stuff ,     and  you’re  not  gonna  believe  what  i  ended  up  coming  across  when  i  did !!   ”               her  tone  was  as  light  &  cheery  as  ever ,     slender  arms  held  onto  a  box  of  miscellaneous - ness ;     hidden  behind  it  was  an  old  sweatshirt  of  his   (  a  representation  of  one  of  their  favorite  bands  )   something  she  wouldn’t  dare  bring  herself  to  toss  or  donate  in  a  million  years ,     faded  &  all .                    “   clear  your  evening  plans  &  get  your  shoes  ready ,     ‘cuz  we’re  about  to  start  down  memory  lane !   ”
