@ofphantasm asked: “how can you stand this place?”
Selina’s eyes roll so hard it looked like it hurt.
“I can’t. That’s the thing, girl.” She says through grit teeth and hushed tone, like if she spoke such disdain she would get in trouble. “I’m just here to get my bag and bounce.” She brushed her bangs behind her ear, the glittery make up irritating her skin like sand. It was all work.
“What are you doin’ in a place like this. Feel bad for you if you’re with any of the guys here.” she mutters, looking at her drink order sheet that she had to fill before customers got snippy. “I’d suggest you get outta here.” She looks just beyond her shoulder, out to all the public figures. Men who were supposed to protect the people, rotting their brain with drops and alcohol. It used to make her sick, but now it was old.
