verena was just one of the many stops on the johnny kennedy apology tour. a close friend of kathy’s, she had been given the treacherous responsibility of covering up every single one of johnny’s missteps over the years. making his way up her porch, finger reaching out to ring at the doorbell, he puts a bright smile on his face as she answers. “bonjour....oh, i’m sorry, i mean, hello. still having a hard time shaking the french.” he said, letting out a laugh, leaning against the door frame as he lifted his hands, holding up the giftwrapped expensive bottle of wine. “but i come bearing gifts, i just wanted to thank you...for everything you’ve done for me over the years. i promise i won’t be needing your services anymore. i’m a good boy now.” he said, cheeky grin spreading across his lips.

@ofmumu​​ ♡                   it was late, well past midnight when the doorbell rang through the otherwise quiet apartment, causing her to wake up from her slumber. she was quick to climb out of bed, throwing her robe over her shoulders as she made her way towards the front door. delicate eyebrows furrowed slightly together at the sight of the male, confusion painted all over delicate features. "hey," she murmurs, "is everything okay? what are you doing here?"

                   "it...it just felt like i didn’t have a choice, i had no one else." steely blue hues are blurry, an unfortunate consequence of the tears that kept welling in her gaze despite the female's efforts to blink them away. while part of her knew better than to get back together with someone who constantly hurt her feelings, the other part of her felt as if she had no choice."i know it's stupid but that's the truth." esmée confesses, a soft, forced laugh falling from her lips.​ 

                "look at what the cat dragged in," melody murmurs, unable to keep annoyance off her tone before plump lips take a sip of the crimson liquid sitting at the bottom of her tall glass. "shouldn't you be somewhere else? literally anywhere else?" rolling her amber hues at the male, she does her best to ignore the familiar feeling that built in the pit of her stomach whenever the male was near. it didn't make sense, not when the two were never able to stand each other's presence.

                   "i'm fine," isaac insists, long trembling fingers brushing over his bruised lip as long legs walk further into the living room, stumbling onto the couch before a soft curse leaves his lips. cold shivers run through his spine as he reaches for the angelic fabric covering his upper frame stained with dark crimson blood before pulling it over his torso and tossing it aside. "it's nothing."

closed starter for @ofmumu​  ♡            things between the pair still weren't back to what they used to be, but aiden figured that all they needed was time. his mother had always taught him that time healed all wounds, and he liked to believe that with their relationship would be no different. sure, whenever the two found themselves apart for a little too long, he couldn't help but wonder where she was, who she was with, but he wanted to forgive her, he truly did. strong arms carried their bags to the hotel room, closing the door behind him as his golden gaze focused on the petite female. "so, what do you think ? " it was a nice hotel, pretty expensive too, but it had been a while since they hadn't gone away together and this seemed like the perfect occasion to do so. " it has a hot tub, " the male points out with a soft grin as he wanders around the suite, glancing out of the large windows looking out into the trees. "the view isn't bad either."
