tessa didn’t normally go on little adventures without will, but she had wanted to get to know someone that shared the same powers as her more or less and she had also not been outside since she had first arrived at everly and she could use some sun. “this rock kind of looks like a heart, don’t you think?”

it wasn’t often that sunny got annoyed, she had a very fine tolerance towards people especially since it was mostly her doing all of the annoying, but the older really seemed to rustle her feathers. it had been a while since she got angry with another person, but all they seemed to be doing was try to lower her patience. “don’t say you’re sorry ‘cuz you’re not.”

“now see– seems like a good lad,” will began, clinking his drink down onto the counter. “there’s something– bout him. i can’t place.” it was hard to explain, especially with his entire filter ( which was lacking regardless ) gone. “but i think he’s a downworlder– a vampire, a werewolf– something. maybe even a warlock ‘HICCUP!’ but mark my words when it all comes out. we won’t be surprised. he’s hiding something– and it’s not as well as he believes.”
