💾 — This had to be the closest to the fights MJ had ever gotten. It wasn’t easy, slipping her way down through the Killiseum’s catacombs without so much as a guide. But, it wasn’t purely curiosity that tempted her further into its bowels. Even now, as she was mere yards from the current fight, it was only then she realized she had emerged through the armory. The stacks of weapons, all on display, all in various conditions and.. sanitization. 

🥼 — “Welcome to Timely, Ms. El-Faouly. I hope you don’t think me rude for not introducing myself sooner.” He didn’t make it a point to meet every soul that slunk their way through his town, but he did make plenty note of them. Being friendly with the saloon had its perks. 

He held a crumpled paper bag up by way of greeting. “I brought you muffins,” Steve said. “Thought you could use a break. We’ve got blueberry, lemon poppyseed, and... to be honest, I think it might be bran.” Instead of opening the bag to check, he looked at her; then glanced up towards the ceiling, where he was sure Doom must have arranged a complex set of cameras; then back to her, raising his eyebrows ever so slightly. Can we go somewhere Doom’s not watching? 

“  look,  ”   amy begins,   her back to the man who approaches.   she should definitely be more cautious,   but amy’s on a hunt,   here.   “  find another pile of recycle to sort through,   buddy.   this one’s got my name on it.   woo,   environmentalism.   i’m busy.  ” 

💙 — “Gray fur!” It was an impulse, spotting the furry comrade across the Killiseum floor. Kurt BAMF’d closer, popping out about a foot beside him. “Rocket, was it?” He thought he’d at least check. There may be plenty of raccoon humanoids on this planet and he’d singled out a completely random stranger.
