the name tag is called a badge and is what you wear so staff knows you paid or w/e

the ribbons coming off the badge are just a fun little thing. some people at the con hand them out. i didn't get very many but some people had a collection of ribbons so long they were wrapped around their necks like scarfs

i'm going to do the ribbon thing next year, though! if you poke around the gallifrey one website, there is a link for it. i guess you send them in a design and they'll print off the ribbons for you. idk how much it costs but i imagine it's not very expensive
