This is Aisha, her name, simply put, means "alive". She is one of my favorite ocs, and I find myself drawing her often. She is 15 and homeless, but not impoverished. She does odd jobs around the community, mostly making deliveries for the artisans. With the money she earns she keeps herself well fed and clean, but spends every night on a roof under the stars. This is Aamir, whose name means, in some cases, "prince" or "noble". He is a potter's apprentice, but also an aspiring sorcerer and Aisha's best friend. He is ambitious and reckless, often disregarding his or others' safety in pursuit of knowledge and skill. However, he still has a kind heart. He spends his free time practicing spells from his mother's book.
