BIG JOHN CONNOR terminating like a machine @bigjohnconner ・・・ 500lbs one arm deadlift attempt. Grip felt great until I got close to lockout, then the bar just slipped out of my hand. I am over due for some rest and recovery so the only thing I will be posting for a little while will be odd and fun lifts, maybe some reps sets too.
