Fleshing out Ito in my head because it's long overdue...
So she's a massive hedonist - drinking and gambling are seemingly what she lives for, and this surprises no one because she's a Half-Oni, that's exactly what they'd expect of her. In reality though it's mostly just a coping mechanism to deal with feeling like an outsider or threat among society, an escape from being side-eyed and the knowledge that she's unlikely to ever rise beyond the bottom rungs of society given her moneyless background and low skilled labour she lives off. It's easier just to play along with others' assumptions though, less explaining and arguing to be had that way.
In turn, she probably actually possesses more class consciousness and general tact than she lets on through her demeanour - probably even weaponizes this to catch people off guard at times. I'd initially visualised her as being a Skald but maybe a more INT based magical fighter like a Magus would be more appropriate if I'm gonna go down this slightly gloomier interpretation. That said though, the Urban Skald archetype also works really cleanly too...
