asriel’s   parents   divorced   when   he   was   seven   .   his   mother   moving   back   to   her   home   country   ,   greece   ,   and   getting   asriel   each   and   every   summer   .   her   absence   created   a   distance   between   the   two   :   three   months   not   being   enough   for   asriel   . .

in the beginning they were a simple family, her father was strict and her mother did the best that she could

kenji and hitomi showed a natural aptitude for athletics at a young age. after taking them ice skating and seeing the natural skill they had her mother decided to enroll them in lessons

HEADCANON   FOUR.      sawyer  spent  a  lot  of  time  with  his younger  brother  despite  the  age  gap  .  with  hudson  being  ten  and  sawyer  seventeen  ,  people  were  always  amazed  at  their  bond  .  the  two  rarely  fought  ,  looked  out  for  each  other  religiously  ,  and  have  such  a  special  bond  .  it  is  why  his  death  hurt  sawyer  so  much  ,  he  felt  like  a  part  of  him  went  with  his  brother  .

her   mother   is   loving   (   in   her   own   ways   )   but   she   is   suffocating   .   her   want   for   her   daughter   to   be   number   one   has   made   their   sweet   bond   intense   . .  it’s   not   as   though   tibby   is   being   forced   into   the   sport   :   she   has   the   freedom   (   though   it   would   kill   her   mother   )   but   the   expectations   and   the   pressure   are   heavy   on   her   shoulders   and   the   idea   of   perfection   all   comes   from   her   mother   .

HEADCANON   THREE.  

her   father   owns   a   car   dealership   and   has   no   connection   or   interest   in   gymnastics   expect   that   he   fell   in   love   with   his   wife   .   he   is   however   supportive   . .   he   fears   that   she’s   missing   out   on   too   much   and   is   always   reminding   his   daughter   that   there   is   more   out   there   . .   if   she   wants   different   she   can   .   in   fact   his   only   sin   would   be   that   he   doesn’t   understand   her   connection   to   the   sport   .

HEADCANON   FOUR.  

she   is   covered   in   bruises   .   arms   and   legs   .   for   no   other   reason   other   than   gymnastics   kicking   her   ass   and   her   being   too   stubborn   .   she   will   try   a    trick   over   and   over   again   until   she   gets   it   :   the   bruises   are   nothing   compared   to   the   feeling   of   when   she   finally   gets   it   .

HEADCANON   FIVE.  

she   had   a   friend   that   injured   herself   to   the   point   that   competing   was   no   longer   something   she   could   do   . .   and   that   is   where   tibby   realized   that   if   things   don’t   work   out   how   she   plans   . .   an   alternative   is   that   she   wants   to   be   apart   of   their   recovering   process   .   to   ensure   that   athletes   that   life   goes   on   .   i   think   it’s   always   a   way   for   her   to   deal   with   a   fear   every      athletes   has   :   what   will   i   do   without   the   one   thing   that   gives   me   a   purpose   ?

HEADCANON   SIX.  

she   does   not   at   all   eat   seafood   and   tends   to   avoid   red   meat   (   though   if   she’s   craving   a   burger   or   a   steak   she   will   eat   one   )   .   she’s   even   attempted   going   vegetarian   a   few   times   in   her   life   but   just   couldn’t   stick   with   it   .
