I said I would make another post about Raja, but I first had to answer all those awesome questions you wonderful people keep asking. <3

For now, all your questions are answered, so here is my Raja post.

Something I didn’t mention about Raja in my post about her is that she is actually married to one of my better known OCs.

She destroyed the hopes and dreams of so many young ladies of the high society - by marrying Winfried!

Those two are actually one of the earliest couple I created in my medieval headworld and I did not create them on the basis of being a couple. Both were created independently without the pairing in mind. But I shipped them really hard and decided to make them a couple! <3

Their story:

Raja being new to the royal court of the lizard kingdom and a new member of their high society, she badly needs to learn all the stuff one has to know about it. She never received any form of higher education before, she doesn’t even know how to read!

Winfried did something, which really displeased his king, but nothing which is bad enough to get a real punishment like imprisonment (he acted in accordance with the king's wishes but did it behind his back, which the king rightly perceives as a breach of trust).

To punish Winfried, the king orders him to teach Raja. Winfried has usually no problems with being a teacher, but with Raja, he has to start at zero. He is very displeased about the fact that he, the smartest and most educated person in the kingdom, does have to waste his very valuable time to teach someone how to read and other most basic stuff. It would be way less wasteful if some lower scholar or a simple secretary or literally anyone except for him would do the basic teaching. Yes, the king is very aware of how much Winfried is bothered by this…hence the choice to use it as a low-key punishment.

Winfried isn’t someone to redirect his resentment towards a certain person to another, but of course his annoyance about the whole situation is noticeable to Raja and well, the brutally honest person he is, he also just tells her how stupid he thinks the whole situation is.

But Raja isn’t bothered much by it, she is used to people being straight forward and pissy, she is just grateful to learn.

Well, what happens if two attractive singles are forced to spend a lot of time together? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Raja, not knowing (and “feeling”) the structures of the high society, she treats Winfried more straight forward then most others, because she is not afraid of him in the slightness, only respecting him for his intellect and not for his status in society. Surprise, Winfried actually prefers being treated that way.

As said, Raja is very grateful to learn and she strongly values higher education! This is something Winfried loves about her. He often has to deal with people who take education for granted or are even annoyed if they have to learn something new, both are attitudes Winfried despises. But Raja loves to learn anything new!

Raja is fascinated by Winfried, he’s so much different than any man she ever met before. She is highly impressed by his vast knowledge, she can just ask him anything and he has an elaborated answer. She loves how he encourages her to learn, which is a big contrast to her former life as soldier (“just obey, don’t ask any questions”). She also never met a man with such a good personal hygiene before. :')

So much for the origin of this OC couple of mine. Of course, there is way more to them, since they stay together for the rest of their lives and have two children together. Feel free to ask me anything about them.
