The songs are catchy and stick in your head - it's only been 2 days and l've already played them over 100 times. All of the actors were amazing.

I loved Red's storyline, seeing her complicated relationship with her Mom, and how she worries about being like her. I also loved her friendship with Chloe, how they gradually start to trust each other and sort of naturally become bffs.

I also really liked Chloe's storyline, how she learns that there's more to life than following all the rules and being perfect. I really loved Dara Renee as the villain. I've only seen her as Kourtney in HSMTMTS, so seeing her as the antagonist was really cool. She was amazing, and I loved her song Perfect Revenge.

The choreography I think was really good, l was really invested in watching it all, especially in Life is Sweeter and Perfect Revenge.

I loved the costumes, but wish we could've seen them in something different too. In the original trilogy, they wear different outfits for different events, but in Rise of Red they wear the exact same outfits for everything. I get that Chloe and Red wouldn't have any clothes with them, but honestly I would've loved to see a scene with Red borrowing clothes from Bridget and Chloe borrowing from Ella and them both being hesitant to wear such clothes.

But I think the costumes were really cool, I especially loved all the little details on Red's costume, and Chloe's jacket. I don't fully understand Chloe's outfit though, since she's a Princess but dresses like a VK. But I loved her costume so much!

The only thing I didn't particularly like was the ending. I feel like it was too easy. Everything was solved in the first attempt, and there was no proper cliffhanger or plot twist. No false hope then surprise attack. I was really expecting an ending where something big happened, like Cinderella never became Queen cause she didn't fall in love with the Prince so either Chloe doesn't exist or Chloe isn't a Princess or Uliana crashes the party wanting revenge or something like that. I was also expecting a big finale number like in the other Descendants movies, not just Red and Bridget dancing to a remix of an earlier song and then Uma basically says 'there could be consequences' and it ends.

I also wish we could've seen Castlecoming, I would’ve loved to see Red borrow a dress from Bridget or someone else and be disgusted with it or something like that.
