tgwdlmr was a really interesting adaptation because, all the actors knew so much more about their characters and got to play off of that. sure it was really different in a lot of ways but i personally loved the more satirised lense some of the beginning scenes had (like zombie charlotte at her computer and really long silent pauses in the office) it made the descent into musical body snatching all the more absurd and entertaining. seeing that contrast is really fun and helped convey the story for both a new and familiar audiences
