Lately, it hadn’t been as weird for Terufumi to have been not only invited over to Imaizumi’s apartment, but more so urged (he didn’t want to say ‘forced’ but one way or another, it may have been the case) to follow suit. Ever since that whole (rather embarrassing) encounter with his father, things had been completely different -- and surely, Sugimoto was certain that the taller male had solely been trying to act polite in order to keep up that facade of a clean business man in front of the man’s father... though slowly, but surely, Shunsuke insisted that the guy would stay over at his place to the point that he hardly had been at his own, it came to the point that there was no mention of paying the rent whatsoever.
And eventually, it sank in and the college-student drop-out understood what had been the reasoning ---- though, to be honest about it, this solely sank in once the Yakuza dragged him over back to his run-down apartment and told him to ‘pick the things he wanted to keep and move them into the other’s living space.
It took some time to get accustomed to the changes, to the fact that he no longer was the bane of society but instead slowly starting to become a somebody again. Well... not really a famous somebody, but at least someone who could lift his face in pride again instead of scurrying away in shame.
The smaller had fallen asleep on the other’s chest as they were situated on a large and comfy couch, watching movies -- but the ex-college student really had a thing for babbling and commenting most scenes with such passion until he became sleepy and dozed off. He even started drooling on the man’s shirt, though once he came back to senses, Sugimoto blinked his eyes open in a drowsy state. “Nhn...”
