Why did I decide that the first thing the viewer sees to be a terms and conditions page. I’m not understanding ANYTHING I’m reading

Appearance: (Very bright green hair that, in several spots, sticks up and turns into these giant palm tree-like leaves. Mostly has an orange-red, hardened body with some deep red brick-like patterns along the way. A little short, thin enough to have visible bone.)
