We do naturally make judgments all the time and decisions. In some ways we're wired to do that. It's part of our biology, our DNA, our thought process. It goes way back when we had to decide whether we had to make quick decisions to ensure our own safety. We're in a different place now in a modern society and often our judgments aren’t accurate and they're not helpful. We could all do with being a little kinder, a little more supportive of one another.
