Montana life right now. Quote today, Bozeman as the only place they would play country at a downhill comp. You just have to get immersed in the culture, I'm quite enjoying some country.

Roadtripped to a town a couple of hours and a few hundred miles away. We listened to Bieber and took selfies and scenery snapshots for miles. Ate lunch in Butte with candy stained tongues.  Arrived at our hotel in Missoula after a few misdirections and jumped on the beds like they were trampolines. Went to get dinner and drove around forever trying to find something everyone wanted, ending up getting three different types of takeaways. Spend the evening with a spa, a few drinks, the Katy Perry Film, and some good conversation. Spent the next day in walmart, downtown, go-carting (which I abstained from, choosing instead to wander the design stores off the streets) and then a few hours re-cooperating at the hotel.  Dinner at an irish restaurant, seeking relatives of Peig, and then a quieter evening before the drive home.  The car was full of tired people on the way home, but we still stopped for a wee freestyle off road ski through some tree stumps and rocks. Didn't quite make it to yellowstone this time, but i have a card full of photos of big sky american scenery to sort through anyway.

It isn't called big sky for nothing. Beautiful view, all four hours. SLR photos to come, once I get through the millions and millions that I took.

Road trip! Monday is a public holiday and so my international family is off to  Missoula for the weekend ( i may or may not have spelt that right ) Its been a group joke how bad I am with names. Not just people it seems, also places. One name i couldn't get down was that name of this montana town we're going to.  "Oh Missori?" Anyway, we're set to have a wonderful wonderful time and i have my excited face on!
