Come On In, The Water is Fine
I've never been the type of individually who just runs and dives head first into a swimming pool from a high-dive platform. Growing up, I was the whimp that would tread water and witness my brother's flashy dives and routine. I would make my approach to the normal diving board, creeping out slowly. Never to break my slow stride for fear of falling off. I woukd not allow myself to sprint down the board and jump with all my weight springing back against the board. The amount of energy propelling me through the air at my weak attempt was more than satisfying. Over time I worked my way up to the higher platforms and little by little I became more adventurous. That came to a quick halt when I ended up belly-flopping from my youthful mind's memory, of 30 feet. When I was an early teenager I realized that I excelled under water, not above it. I pursued scuba diving. Obtained my initial SSI Padi certification and it's been downhill since. There is no real lesson for this small rambling. My only real point to be made is this is all a giant experiment. Granted it won't end anytime soon, but building applications and interfaces is what I used to do everyday. I operated a small team of creative's with a close friend. We managed just fine and everything was going great. But, with all good things I got a little bored. Thus far this is not boring. But anyone who knows me well, could explain that I have an issue with my attention span. That is why I am pushing for a community so hard. I need it to have something to do. I also need it to branch out and share ideas with more people who can help me ponder solutions. I have proven that I can maintain this project and I feel it will lead to additional projects that are related. I've been progressing slowly in my mind. Despite all the work that is complete. Beyond all the hardware that is online and the new parts arriving. This is still slow. I am looking st the high dive, but I still fesr the flop. I appreciate all the support and extend my sincere thanks and gratitude.
