Hey, ich hab gelacht. XD

Uh, it's 愛する though, not just 愛す... and the normal polite form would be 愛します, しています is する's て形 + いる's polite form.
UH...... yeah noooooo fam. According to my college level Japanese textbook, which I hold in my hands right now (Genki II, p.335), ‘to love’ is the u-verb aisu. What you’re probably confused over is the fact that since aisu is an u-verb it conjugates into it’s te form the same way as suru. See also the u-verb hanasu.
As for the imasu form in this case, you’re also kind of wrong there. ~teiru is a verb form that is put with verbs that describe continuing states, activities that last for a while, and changes that are more or less instantaneous (Taken from Genki I, p. 168, which I studied from last semester but my class is in Genki II now so I don’t have it in my hands). ‘to live’, for example, is conjugated as sundeimasu because you “exist in a continuing state of living”. aisu is conjugated the same way because it’s either a continuing state or an activity that lasts for a while. The only example I have of that third group of verbs (instantaneous changes) is ‘to get married’ which is kekkonsuru, kekkonshiteimasu.
Again, there’s a lot in Japanese that sound similar so they’re easy to mix up sometimes.
Peanut Butter Filling!
Peanut Butter Filling: share a snippet that really shows a character’s personality. (or: talk about an upcoming scene where their personality will shine!)
Jason quickly summarises the events of the day, making sure that he doesn't leave out any important details. Finally, he grabs the CD from his jacket pocket. "I figured, if anyone has the tech to unscramble this, it would be you."
He's pretty sure that he'd get fired straight away if anyone found out just hwo much information he's feeding this guy, not to mention handing over crucial evidence. But, seriously, he much prefers getting fired over missing an opportunity to capture their killer. Priorities.
---
Not sure if this qualifies as "shine" but I thoroughly enjoy how Jason, despite being a cop himself, has no regard for the rules and regulations because, in his eyes, justice and protecting people are more important.
It's such an elemental part of his character that he will always look for a way he can help people. So, in a world where Jason has been influenced by Gordon, he would of course think that becoming a police officer could give him that ability. And, of course, there's the added idea that he might just get to fuck up/expose a bunch of corrupt cops this way.

Thank you for the ask ♡
I'd help you with the German! ;)
Lol, thanks! Considering how I did with French, I’d need it XD

What even is that person's issue lmao, you literally even tag your posts about your girlfriend so I don't understand why they don't just blacklist that if it bothers them??
@nynynightmare I literally have no idea. Guess they’re either jealous, lonely, or homophobic, or a combination of all of this - which, frankly, makes me sad for them. Must be a very unhappy life to live.
elvencantation
ur posts about ur gf make me feel better and more hopeful about life and the future in general. and i am ace
@elvencantation see, here’s the thing - I know that a romantic and/or sexual relationship isn’t the only way to go. It’s not “my way or the highway” here. I just - like it makes me scratch my head so much? And I’m keeping all of my posts safe for work - imagine if I didn’t do that - which in all honesty, I could easily be doing.

Good luck for the surgery!! I hope you’ll recover quickly, and that everything else works out too. ♥
Thank you very much! I appreciate it <3
