Nynnx (formerly Nynnx’erra, they/them) was born with the “Sting” skin condition where a ny’r is born with skin so toxic it burns anyone near them in water. After injuring their mother and killing their siblings’ eggs, They were transported as an elver to Dr. Venru to aid as a test subject in his research. Being raised by him as if they were his own, Nynnx grew to be incredibly loyal to him and unwilling to see him in any light other than “perfect”. Nynnx always struggled with yearning for touch and intimacy while needing to take so many precautions. With the help of Dr. Venru and Urse’rei, they were allowed to become a Valkyrie with special training and later became a spy and assassin for Venru.
