I finished up the long sword from the class with @peterjohnssonswordsmith this is a milestone piece for me , it is the first sword I have made that I really understand the geometric design. The sword is light and fast with a stiff blade and a reinforced point it is well suited to the cut as well as the thrust. Well late night at the shop but I got both chefs knives finished. Both will available be on my table at NYCKS. Both are mosaic Damascus blades one with stablized koa and nickel silver the other with quilted maple and bronze quick over soot on the case is all the culinary knives I am planning on bringing to NYCKS. Next week is a couple of hunters some stand and some full tang tatical bowies.
