Catelyn tried to balance a dozen bags and items in her two hands, just about managing to put the door keys in the lock and let herself in. "Oof," She stumbled as a bag nearly dropped when she closed the door. She looked around and spied Arya heading up the stairs. Sneaking away from offering help? Or just innocently ignorant to her Mother's plight, "Arya, give me a hand. It's all the things for your brother's school Christmas toy thing...you weren't trying to sneak off were you?"

Jon had been the one to help Arya with her archery form, to help her place her hands and fingers in the correct places, to pull the string back far enough, to aim not too high and not too low. They had almost always practiced in secret, usually at dusk when everyone else headed back inside because Arya was supposed to be a proper lady and she had no need for archery skills.

Jon had always been close with his younger sister; a kinship formed not just by family ties but the fact that they were both outsiders struggling to find where they belonged. Jon was as eager to share his knowledge of the weapon as Arya was eager to learn them and their bond strengthened as Arya hit closer to her target with each practice.

"Too high." He commented without interfering, letting the girl set her own aim. "You don't want to spook the horses." His tone was lighthearted despite the void of emotions on his features. "--or worse, skewer one." The stables were twice as far from Arya's painted target.
