Vahki are run by clockwork. Steampunk. Vahki. Bruh.
Nuurakh Quick build, honestly just wanted an excuse to use those printed 2x2's. The general idea behind this was "What if Vahki were actually Doom enemies?". As always, C&C appreciated.

Peacekeepers of Ta-Metru, the Nuurakh ensured the law was enforced and the Matoran remained dutiful. More importantly, they also safeguarded many of the most important areas within the district. Because of this, Nuurakh were required to operate cautiously when dealing with any threats. Rather than charge headfirst into a situation, they utilized strategies that relied heavily on stealth and ambushes. Nuurakh, oddly enough, lacked the patience required for such tactics and were quite easily provoked. It was not uncommon for other Vahki to be called upon to handle a group of enraged Nuurakh. Aside from the standard Kanoka launcher installed on every Vahki unit, Nuurakh units were also equipped with Staffs of Command. These weapons possessed the ability to fire bolts of energy that filled a target's mind with one sole directive. Those affected would do anything to carry out the order that consumed their thoughts, even shove aside those that tried to help them.
Photographed here are two Nuurakh, one of the eight types of Vahki models tasked primarily with protecting the district of Ta-Metru. The Vahki were designed by the well renowned Onu-Matoran inventer Nuparu. These mechanical constructs served as the protectors of Metru-Nui by enforcing the law and preventing any threats from harming the Matoran. However, the robotic peacekeepers were rather harsh with the methods they employed to keep the Matoran in line. Even the tools they utilized, some of which granted them powers akin to mind control, were ethically questionable.
The Vahki
"Vahki were rarely, if ever, surprised by anything. After years of tracking down and subduing Rahi of all sorts, the order enforcement squads were experienced at handling almost any situation. Add to that foiling the ingenious attempts of some Matoran to try and take unscheduled vacations from work, and Vahki could safely be said to have seen it all." -- Narrator, Legends of Metru Nui
