These gluten-free almond butter blondies are a delicious and wholesome treat. Made with almond butter, almond flour, and coconut flour, they are perfect for those with gluten sensitivities. The addition of dairy-free chocolate chips adds a delightful touch of sweetness.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond butter. 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 large egg or flaxseed egg for vegan option. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C. Brush an 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking pan with coconut oil or put parchment paper inside it. Put the honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, egg or flaxseed egg, vanilla extract, and almond butter in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Put the salt, baking soda, almond flour, and coconut flour in the bowl. Mix the ingredients together until a thick, smooth batter forms. Add the chocolate chips that don't contain dairy to the batter and mix them in well. When the baking pan is ready, pour the batter in and spread it out evenly. Put the pan in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Take the blondies out of the oven and let them cool in the pan for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut the blondies into squares when they are cool, and enjoy!
