Lately, I’ve increased my calories to 3,500 everyday and I’ve been feeling so strong, so recovered, and my endurance has increased! . Mentally everything else has been getting easier because I know that I’m strong enough to lift it! . Just some rack pulls here, I surprised myself for pulling 15, and I believe I could have gotten 20! .
