This Paleo Thanksgiving dressing is a healthy and flavorful alternative to traditional stuffing. It's made with ground turkey, cauliflower rice, and aromatic herbs, all cooked together to create a satisfying side dish that everyone will love.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 2 cups cauliflower rice. 1 onion, diced. 2 celery stalks, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 2 tbsp coconut oil. 1 tsp dried sage. 1 tsp dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, celery, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Stir in cauliflower rice, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour chicken broth over the mixture. Cook until the liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Serve warm as a delicious Paleo Thanksgiving dressing.
