It drives us crazy when people say "a tomato has this much of this or that" as if all tomatoes are created equal. "Beef has this much protein, these vitamins and these minerals" as if the heathy cow living a stress free life on open pasture is the exact same as a stressed mongrel cow being force fed corn until its vitals shut down!
