My schedule is a mess but that can't stop the Kaos!! I am going to be working with what I got today. 6 days until the Minnesota sprint. It is said that it is one of the hardest sprints in the country. Going to be following the spartan WODs as well as regular strength training this week. I will be keeping the weights light and only do 3 sets of 15 -30 reps so I don't make myself sore for the race also keep endurence through the week. I will also be increasing cardio. I am going to try and get out to Chalco hills everyday this week. If you are interested in coming with let me know and we can arrange times!!
