🔮Who’s in there looking back at you? 🔮 . Mirror work has been some of the most healing and soul provoking work I think I’ve done for myself. I remember vividly the days back when I could barely look myself in the eye, and how the journey of learning to embrace myself and to warm up to myself took both time and strength. Definitely worth the effort especially in the line of work I find myself in (in front of mirrors with clients constantly.) . When was the last time you looked in the mirror and said “oooh hey gorgeous!” Or “I love you,” smiled and leaned into a feeling of warmth for yourself? Can’t remember? Go do it now and please be gentle with yourself if it feels awkward, uncomfortable or just yucky. No judgment here. I’ve been there. I know the feeling. Just keep working at it.
