if scratch ever got nullified, they gain the ability to take off their head. Id like to imagine they would throw it to throw off any survivor's,they could also have the ability to make their face look normal so it might just look like a dead body that got decapitated

however once you see their head it's too late, as their body will come at you at incredibly high speeds

their head will turn aggro on you and attempt to bite you to slow you down, once you are successfully hurt the body can now kill you with it either stepping on you with it's sharp legs, crushing you with it's claws, or throwing you into it's mouth in it's stomach

also becoming nullified is a very painful process as you quite literally feel your insides turning, getting hurt, orrupting even. The pain being worse than you imagine
