A year ago, Mac and I headed to Nukht Corporate Hotel as part of his itinerary for me in Mongolia. We marveled at the peacocks in the lobby and had a really good dinner. It was a full moon and we talked all night. We fell asleep to the singing of local townspeople in a distance. We were more than friends but not quite lovers. Unsure of what's next and afraid that we will never see each other again, we headed back to Ulanbataar the next day in search of clarity and answers.
