#nuked

Hey yall, it's me, the guy who has been complaining about his endless rejections from funded PhD positions, and who also keeps making medium-long essays about Japanese BL shows.

I got an email this morning saying that my account got terminated (I never even got a strike before) by Tumblr because of nudity, even though I never even posted a picture of myself without clothes, never even reblogged a picture of a cis man visibly naked. I guess, they're right, crimes DO pay.

I'm so bummed out not only because I have to retrace many close acquittances and one friend's blogs, but that, I've been with that blog for so long, it was there when I was stuck from not being able to write my bachelor's capstone project report, it was there when I was afraid not knowing how to pay for my master's tuition, it was there when I got stuck writing my master's thesis, and it was there when I became enthralled with Japanese BLs. I don't know whether Tumblr will hear my appeal, but on the big chance that I'd never to see that blog again, good bye old friend, thank you for the almost ten years being by my side. I'm already missing you so much

All the long emotional posts that I've made throughout all of those periods of my life are gone now. Some of my quick essays about Japanese BL shows, most recently on Life in Smokey Blue, all of them are gone now, as I didn't back them up.

This time will be different. I will make sure that any, any, essays I made will be put in a doc file as well. And, I will also write the username of the close acquittances I became mutuals here so that I can follow them again if, or when, Tumblr nukes me again.
