I’ve been saying I want to get my fitness back for weeks now but I’ve been a lazy fuck and haven’t gotten anywhere.
So I made myself a 4-week “Get Fit” programme through the NTC workout app and I’ve put the activities for the first 2 weeks into my calendar so I’ll feel guilty as hell if I skip a workout.
It’s a start, ok…
