Kelsier Fortnite from Mistborn has NPD (implied/headcanon)
propaganda: major mistborn/cosmere spoilers, btw. the author has said he has aspd but that diagnosis doesn't really fit his traits. it does seem likely he's somewhere on cluster b, and imo npd fits best. he's got a huge ego and literally starts a religion around himself because he likes the praise. it's also for the good of the world, since he needs the oppressed people to worship something other than the evil emperor so his plan to overthrow him can work, but there's a reason he chose himself for them to worship and not anyone else. he's very self-obsessed and seemingly very confident but he also deals with a lot of self hatred under the surface, he just doesn't let most people (including himself, most of the time) see it. he struggles with empathy for others and thinks his way is unequivocally the best. he's so charismatic he's got even his closest friends wondering whether he was a deity after he dies. he is just some guy. trust me. well, until he cheated death and became an immortal spirit manipulating important people across the cosmere from the shadows, but that stuff doesn't count.
(Fortnite is not his actual last name lol. he has no canon last name but because he's a playable character in Fortnite the fandom likes to jokingly call him Kelsier Fortnite)
