I don't think any have visited Earth, and I think if we were ever able to find evidence of them it would be for some kind of single cell organism (I’m a lot more sceptical of their being more complex multicellular life forms and if they do exist I think they would be too alien for us to be able to communicate with), the universe is just so mind bogglingly massive it seems unlikely that we’re the only planet to have developed life.
