Grace Rook (FC5): 🖊 Family has always been a touchy subject for Grace. Her close family in Rome consisted of her mother and father, her uncle on her father's side and her grandmother on her mother's side. Out of them all, it was only her grandmother who she got along with, her being the only one who let Grace be a kid every now and then without the strict pressures that come with being the local pastor's nieceÂ
🖊 A lot of Grace's decisions in life have been driven by her ex-military general father and the need for his approval; he's the reason she went to school to get a degree, and subsequently the reason why she joined the army almost immediately after dropping out of education. The repressive shroud of her childhood doesn't really go away until she moves to Hope County and starts afresh
Nova Reed (SW): 🖊 Nova is my barely developed, force-sensitive, not-quite-a-Jedi-yet mess of an OC who's been an idea in my head for years that Mandalorian Thirst (tm) has finally brought outÂ
🖊 She's handy in a firefight even without the force, and that's ultimately what lands her on the Razor Crest with a stoic bounty hunter and odd space child as ship mates. (Dyn later regrets the decision to let her tag along after she saved their asses after discovering the only times she stops talking are the few blessed hours of peace he gets when she falls asleep in the cargo hold)Â
