Here we go..... These Men's Pro-Rape rallies and dare I say, movement, adds to the nefarious sexual and sexist crimes around the world and confirms just how much of a heart issue these matters are. Lets just say that I am bias. I am a woman...so this in a majority effects me, years ago I was assaulted on private property - and no I did not drug or drink myself into this situation (although I should not even have to be defending that, as if it would justify someones vile actions). I understand that there are times where a man is unrightfully convicted ... and that is very unfortunate and should not occur but is also statistically not the majority of cases. You are trying to allow further crimes to be committed which will only perpetuate the crimes and the misunderstanding of rape, instead of working to better the system we already have. This is asking for The Purge....This is victim blaming taken to the extreme. My gender and experience taken out of it ( although isn't that the point ), you are pushing us to raise girls and teach women not only to now fear private property, relationships, marriage, and so on... but to have the mentality that I need to even MORE SO watch what I wear, where I go, who's home I step in, and what I consume, in hopes that it would happen to someone else and not me. To add an even more blurred line in court if someone gets roofied, kidnapped and taken to private property and so on. NO. I bet you anything that there is no man standing in these rallies that have been raped or sexually assaulted before, because they understand this is a world problem and could happen to everyone. I would never want that for anyone and I wish these pro-rape advocates could have that same mentality. A man violently mastubating inside a human's body should not happen to anyone, man or woman, in any circumstance or any place. Rape is underreported as it is, especially by male victims and even when reported - is many times focused on the victims faults and very difficult to take to court. We desperately need good prosecution on clear rape cases. Why don't we rally together to better the laws and investigations? We vitally need to end this rape-culture and victim stigma. We....WE....need to stand together and state that this should not happen on any property because frankly....my body is not your property. ‪#‎evenonprivateproperty‬ ‪#‎notyourproperty‬
