Friday Love 💖 Is it just me or do we sometimes spend time deciding that we are too soft, too hard, too this or that in our interactions with other people, and this in fact this determines the way they treat us in return? A few of my interactions over the week have got me thinking about it, and having had this thought below thrown up on my timeline by an inspiring friend of mine, I have come up with a 'so what?' attitude to the above. People pleasing is quite often a fruitless endeavour - some people will get and love you for who you are, all you represent and how your soul aligns with theirs, and for other people, nothing you do or say will ever resonate with or make sense to them. Then we have the added complication of miscommunications and misunderstandings which are mostly uncontrollable. For this reason, I choose to be exactly who I am at any point in time regardless of who I am dancing with... Sally Chiwuzie here, sunglasses ON. I am still exercising my prerogative to look and feel fabulous to celebrate the end of the working week. Dream chasing, legacy building and continuous improvement on track. I am an open book.
