"Yeah, I'm a nasty woman — a loud, vulgar, proud woman." I just got around to listening to this speech. It was amazing and gives me so much hope for my nasty women, for my family, for my friends and sisters. Everyone needs to read these words. Read these words, listen to these words and learn from them. Memorize them, repeat them, be them and live them! Step out of your own self for a moment and look at the world. Put your self in the shoes and skin of those around you. Take off your blinders and look at the world around you. Step out of the hate you have learned. Everyone can change. Take off the blinders your parents put on you, that the government and religion have put on you. Now is the time to rise above what you have been. This is not a cry for help, this is a call to arms. We won't be treated this way any more. No one will. Irgornace, racism, sexism, it's a dying bread and you are on a sinking ship. Get off or go under! I am a nasty women too. I am loud, I am vulgar and I will stand with those who can't. I will speak for those without a voice and I will call you out when you step out of line. This is our America and it's time to make it great for the first time. I am a nasty women, hear me roar! Loki #thestoryofloki, #january2017 #nastywoman #soapbox #nottakinganyshit #noapologies
