About a teenage star quarterback, Bradley, who finds himself unexpectedly the only male in a house full of females when his recently-divorced mother moves in with her recently-divorced sister and their daughters. While Bradley oscillates between the hyper-male world of high school football and the hyper-female world at home, this group of women is going to teach him how to be a better man, whether he likes it or not.

Alyson Hannigan (How I Met Your Mother) as Jessie, a caring social worker who was shocked when her husband left her. With nowhere else to turn, and against her better judgment, she moves her teenage football-star son and preteen daughter into the home of her narcissistic, ball-busting sister Charli and her even more wicked daughter. (Mar 1- this project had a cast-contingent pilot order, and Hannigan’s casting lifts the contingency)

Leslie Bibb (GCB) as Charli, a beautiful, narcissistic, possibly sociopathic man-eater who wakes up every morning looking for a fight because it’s the only thing that makes her feel alive. Despite her toughness and bravado, Charli’s surprisingly vulnerable underneath. She didn’t get the courage to leave her cheating husband until she saw her sister, Jessie, going through her own divorce. Even though Charli has dominated her sister their entire life, Jessie is actually her rock. (Mar 12)

Jason Michael Snow (A Christmas Story Live) as Gabe, the lovable, funny, and altruistic best friend to Ellie, who worries that he’s getting too old for the already cutthroat gay dating scene in his area. Nevertheless, he doesn’t bog friends down with his problems – in fact he’s always willing to help his best friend Ellie with her issues. (Mar 15)

Elizabeth Ho (Disjointed) as Belinda, type-A and control-obsessed, she is the recently-promoted staff manager at the hotel. Eager to get the hotel in shape and make Ellie and Gabe suffer, Belinda goes a little overboard on new policies. The only thing keeping her in check is the fact that the hotel owner’s son has just become her new assistant manager – and she’s too paralyzed by the need to impress to protest. (Feb 22)

Derek Richardson (Anger Management) as Gordon, the super positive but largely incapable son of the hotel owner who throws him into important corporate positions that he’s ill-suited for. He tries getting his hands dirty by working the ground floor at the hotel. (Mar 9)

Angela Kinsey (The Office) as Dana. A kind hotel employee, Dana has the worst luck of all time. If something bad can happen, it has probably already happened to Dana. Nevertheless, she tries to keep her head up. (Mar 2)

Married for 18 years, Ella is also a mother of three who struggles to balance her home life with her job.
