Catch of the day; Straffe Winter 3Fonteinen . A Faro like beer but not a traditional one. The grain bill is different from traditional lambic as it includes Lager, Munich and Amber malt for this beer. No wheat apparantly so technically not a lambic though the fermentation is also of spontaneous nature.
