I put down my knitting and went for a proper walk today 😎 Me and Himself packed up some butties and headed out to the Peak District. We parked up near Ladybower and headed up the hill overlooking Derwent dam (the 'Dambusters' dam). KNITTING ARM DOWN! I think it’s tendinitis or some other repetitive movement injury. I’ve been icing it and have had the TENS unit on all day, but it still hurts.
