WHAT👏🏻A👏🏻RUSH!!!! 😍 I still can’t believe it’s real. 3 months ago we weren’t buying a house and then....💥🏡#notimeforexcuses The hunt was on for a house. We were on a time frame, with our lease ending soon. My one condition in buying a house was that I really did not want to move the kids from their school. 🙈 That brings your options down to nothing. 😜 But I truly believed the universe would have a perfect house for us. One Saturday morning a house listed and I was in love. 😍 It had everything on my list. We saw it that afternoon and put an offer within the hour. It was my house and I was going to have it.📝🏡 The universe had a thing or two to teach me however, and after 2 days of waiting we got the dreadful news...they went with someone else’s offer. 😭😭 Man, was I heartbroken. 💔 And worse part, I felt like I had not fought hard enough for the house I wanted and I had no one to blame but myself. Our offer should have been better. We went back to another house we originally liked and had an option on but no matter how many hours we spent in it, it just wasn’t the dream house. 😔 Our realtor told us that we could put a back up offer but to not get our hopes up, so we gave our best offer and left it. That’s all we could do. We let go of our option on our other house, deciding to start from scratch. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The universe had to put another perfect house on the market for us. 3 hours after we gave up our option, our realtor texted me that the previous buyers had backed out and they accepted our offer. 👏🏻😭💕🎉 This house threw me on a roller coast and has taught me so much about myself, about dreaming big, and never letting anyone scare me into giving up and to go after what I wanted. 💃🏻 Today we are officially the proud owners of a beautiful 4 bedroom house, in the right school district, with a kitchen that overlooks the back yard. 🙈😜 I am so thankful and so excited for this next chapter in our lives. 🙏🏻🌎 Here’s to never giving up on your dreams...🎉💃🏻🕺🏼🏡 WE DID IT! @rick_ae 😭🥂📝🏡💃🏻🕺🏼💸👬👭 #dreambig #ohana #love #homeowners #happy #signedsealeddelivered https://www.instagram.com/p/BnKTlNcjEAF/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1gi0vn515xzaf
