Teacher burnout is a common phenomenon among teachers, and it has really important consequences for most teachers. Specifically, 41.3% teachers in the US quit their profession after 1 year, due to burnout. So, what are some signs of teacher burnout? 📕 Feelings of self doubt. 📗 Lack of self confidence. 📙 Tiredness. 📘 Lack of focus. ... and many more... What can you do to get over it? 📕 Talk about it to someone who has same experiences & will understand. 📗 Ask for help from the community & collaborate with colleagues. 📙 Save some time to take care of yourself & properly rest. 📘 Remember when you need to take a step back & a break. Be consistent with your breaks, as they're as important as your work (and maybe even more!).
