Breakfast in bed on a Sunday morning 🌱 Seriously need to eat some vegetables today 😂 The last 3 days have consisted of work and partying, which means I've basically had a diet of porridge, bread, peanut butter and cake #notcomplaining 🍩 Life is about balance, and I've gotten to a place where those moments of 'irregular' eating genuinely doesn't bother me anymore. I hardly think twice about it. Enjoying life, seeing friends and having fun outweighs any negative thoughts towards food consumption. Going out and eating pizza with your squad should matter more than making sure you ate a piece of broccoli. When you look at the big picture, LIFE should come before stressing over getting your 2 + 5 everyday.
