I think I saw a similar post about this, but as far as I'm aware, the only website that still works on the 3DS browser is AO3. I tested this out last night, and to my surprise, it actually works! Granted, it'll be laggy and crashes are to be expected, but it's very doable. You'll just need a lot of patience and determination.

Bonus: found out that there's two free themes in the theme shop??? I have no idea how long they've been in there, but they're literally the only options. Both comes with their own sounds and music. Very nice and simple. My only complaint is that there's nothing like this for the Switch family.
