pro endo, anti endo. whatever the case may be the simply plural mismanagement is just kinda abhorrent. it was a tool for a lot of disabled people whether they claim to be as such or not and they're refusing to make it open source or hire a team... why? cause they dont want it to be in the hands of icky antis? you couldnt even ban endogenesis on the app if you fucking tried without stalking and stealing shittons of data

dude. this tool is so qol-improving by a stupid amount. 500,000 users relied on this thing for communication, logging, a sense of individuality if needed. and like, people paid for it. only for the dev to quietly announce updates are gonna stop and then the servers cut off a couple months out and then a day after put out a global notification on the app. because "ueweuh i have no free tieem. my fuckin app by the way no you can't self-host." HELLO?

and the tone of the announcement??? "i have never asked for anything in return", slow the hell down man. you don't... get to. it's a mf disability aid.

be so fuckin for real. endos and antis alike have every single right to be upset about this, cause i know i sure as shit am. in four years there's gonna be a youtube documentary called "simply plural: a disabiliy aid mismanaged to hell" and i'm not gonna be surprised.
